Pampanga Farmers Receive Debt Relief: Over 2,000 Beneficiaries Awarded Land Ownership

In a significant move to support agrarian reform, President Marcos has granted debt relief to over 2,000 farmers in Pampanga by distributing 2,939 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM) and 30 Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) to 2,487 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), promoting agricultural development and social justice in the region, with a focus on land reform and farmer welfare, and aiming to boost the local economy through sustainable farming practices.
